Ver\u00e4nderungsprozesse sind n\u00e4mlich nie linear und verlangen mal einen Schritt nach vorn, mal einen Blick in die eigene Geschichte,\u00a0 mal ein Innehalten. Stets entscheiden Sie, welche Ver\u00e4nderung Sie wie, in welchem Tempo und in welche Richtung angehen wollen.
